My company has about 50 trucks of various sizes and types (dump trucks, pickups, fuel, etc). We checked out several different fleet management software providers before settling on Samsara. We started with a trial and liked what we saw. The company even offered us a price reduction during the trial. 

We needed dash cams, vehicle GPS and and equipment tracking. The provide an API and we use that to share data with internal custom systems. 

We were initially concerned about the price but with the discount it seemed to make sense. Now that we have had them for a couple of years I can say that the system definitely is worth it and saves us money in the long run.
